Cesar C. Cabot, Esq., has been practicing law since 1988 and is the founding Partner of Cabot Mantanona LLP, which was established in 1992. Attorney Cabot’s practice is a blend of commercial transactional work, real estate, business law and litigation. Attorney Cabot was awarded a rating of BV Distinguished for excellence in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards, which was earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process conducted by the renowned Martindale-Hubbell Organization.

In May 2015, Cabot was presented the “Top Rated Lawyer” Award, which is an award based on peer and client review ratings for ethical standards and legal ability.  Further, Cabot received the “America’s Most Honored Professional” Award for continuous professional recognition and accomplishment realized by the top 5% of American Attorneys.  This award is granted by the American Registry and American Bar Association, and considers significant mentions in the media, honors by recognized trade groups and acclaimed recognition by peers and clients. 

Attorney Cabot received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon in 1988. He was a former Assistant Attorney General in 1988 and an Assistant Public Defender from 1989 until 1991. Attorney Cabot is admitted to the Bar in Guam, Hawaii and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. He was the former chairman of the Guam Bar Ethics Committee and is a member of numerous social and civic organizations.

 Attorney Cabot completed his BA Degree in Accounting, from the University of Guam in 1985.  He is also a licensed Guam Real Estate Broker since 1992, and has been engaged in real estate development and holdings since 1992 as well.  Cabot is married and has three children.
