Attorneys

Sarah A. Strock, Esq. is an Of Counsel attorney at Cabot Mantanona LLP.  Ms. Strock specializes in business transactions, criminal litigation, and commercial litigation.  Ms. Strock is a former Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General in Guam, where she focused on litigation in both the criminal prosecution division, and the child support enforcement division.

Ms. Strock holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington.  After graduation, she spent a year working at the law firm of Poulos and Fullerton, in Davis, California before attending law school and business school in Oregon.  While in law school, Ms. Strock ran several student organizations and concentrated her studies on business law, simultaneously earning an M.B.A.  Ms. Strock served as the President of the American Constitution Society, board member of the Law and Entrepreneurship Student Association, and she was selected as a fellow in the Technology and Entrepreneur Fellowship Program.  Ms. Strock earned her Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2007.  Upon graduation, Ms. Strock clerked for the Honorable Debra K. Vogt in Oregon before relocating to Guam to work at the Office of the Attorney General in 2008.
