Cesar C. Cabot, Esq. is the founding Partner of Cabot Mantanona LLP.  Attorney Cabot’s practice is a blend of commercial transactional work, immigration and business litigation.  Attorney Cabot was awarded a rating of BV Distinguished for excellence in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards, which was earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process conducted by the renowned Martindale-Hubbell Organization.  Attorney Cabot has represented many prestigious private and governmental entities, including among others, First Commercial Bank, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, the Guam Election Commission since 1992, Guam Shipyard, Hanil Engineering & Construction Co., Samsung Corporation, Guam Community College, Hyatt Hotel, Sheraton Laguna Hotel, Pacific Islands Club Hotel, Guam Professional & Engineering Licensing Board, Japan Development Corporation, Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance Ltd., Koje Ship Builders (Korea) and many others.

Attorney Cabot received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon in 1988.  He was a former Assistant Attorney General in 1988 and an Assistant Public Defender from 1989 until 1991, prior to entering private practice. 

Attorney Cabot is admitted to the Bar in Guam, Hawaii and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.  He was the former chairman of the Guam Bar Ethics Committee and is a member of numerous social and civic organizations.
